2.3.7 Train List

Prototype Information  

Prototype railroads manage their passengers and freight trains based on traffic density and routing. This information is generally found in management documents often called train schedules, etc. The New Haven calls their documents ''Arranged Passenger (or Freight) Train Service Symbol Books'. Randy has a discussion of that railroad's system on his blog Operations - NY/YN (Cedar Hill - Holyoke) Freight Schedules. It's an excellent overview of the subject.

The WWSL

Train Service Book equivalent. There aren't many trains on the WWSL and at some point in time I may publish a Symbol Book equivalent. Here is a list of trains currently
